Track My Order

Every step of the process is monitored. To see an estimated delivery date quickly:

1. Go to the Order Tracking section of our website.

2. Enter the required information to view the status of your order

1. Order Number

2. Email or Phone Number

3. Select Track Button

The order status and expected arrival date will be displayed. Look under Activity for the precise location of your item.


If your order has multiple tracking numbers, make sure to check the status of each package separately as they may arrive separately.

Modify My Order

Our goal is to ship our packages as soon as possible in a secure manner.

We encourage our customers to double-check their order(s) for accuracy during the checkout process, as we cannot make changes or update shipping addresses once the order has been placed.

Your tracking number will be available and emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can refuse the shipment at that point by contacting the shipping carrier.

Cancel My Order

We understand the significance of your order and strive to ship your product(s) as soon as possible. In fact, the fulfillment process at one of our distribution centers begins almost immediately after an order is placed.


We encourage our customers to double-check their order(s) for accuracy during the checkout process, as we cannot make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed.

Missing Items

Missing orders are frequently found within two days of their expected delivery date. Some orders are shipped in more than one box. Different boxes may arrive at different times depending on the item.

If your order status says delivered but you haven't received your package yet, take the following steps:

1. Confirm your shipping information. Each order's shipping address is listed under Order History on the My Account page.

2. Check your mailbox or the locations where you usually receive mail. Carriers deliver packages in a variety of ways, especially if the package is small enough to fit inside your mailbox.

3. Check the area around your home's other entrances and exits. The driver may have left the package somewhere safe to protect it from the elements or theft. This could be the front porch, the bushes, the garage, a side door, the back porch, or under a grill.

4. Check with your neighbors or others at your address. They may have accepted the package on your behalf or may be temporarily holding it to protect it from the elements or theft.

5. Check your mail for a notice of attempted delivery. This notice will contain additional information as well as the next steps you should take to receive your package.

6. Give it some more time. Some carriers will scan packages as delivered before they arrive.

If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of them is out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your order while issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the out-of-stock item(s). 

If your order does not have multiple tracking numbers and is still missing, or if you have received all packages but are still missing an item, please contact us within 5 business days of your expected delivery date at service@sundaleoutdoor.com so that we can provide any additional assistance to ensure that you receive your order!

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available as a checkout option; however, many of our items will automatically receive faster shipping depending on where the item is being shipped to and where the item is shipping from.

Only certain products are eligible for 1-Day or 2-Day shipping if you order before the 8AM PST / 11AM EST cut-off time.
See if you qualify for 2-day shipping by looking for the shipping timeframe under the add to cart icon!

When you order before the 8 AM PST / 11 AM EST cut-off time, standard ground shipping takes 2-7 business days. We do not expedite orders, but all of our products ship for free to the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the United States, but not to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

Authorizations & Charges

Before shipment, you may notice a pre-authorization hold or pending charge in the total order amount on your account. The pre-authorization validates the card number, status, funds, and billing information, to ensure it matches what the bank has on file. The initial authorization will expire after a period of time and no longer show in your account. Your card won’t be charged until your item ships.​

Once an authorization is received, there may be a decrease in your available balance. Your bank may put a hold on this dollar amount for a period of time. Each financial institution has a different policy on authorization holds, and your bank may also attempt to contact you for additional information. Please contact your bank to learn about their specific authorization and charge policies.​

Your card will be charged only after your item ships. We will request another authorization from your bank to verify that funds are still available, only if there is a delay between order placement and shipment. If your order contains more than one item, we may authorize and charge for each item individually if shipping from different fulfillment locations. Your statement may reflect individual charges for each item as it is shipped.

Sales Tax

Sundale Outdoor is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, which includes fulfillment centers.

In states in which Sundale Outdoor does not have a physical presence, we may be required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped if required to do so under state and/or local tax laws.

Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of
each state.

Missing Parts

If you are missing your entire order or a full item out of a multiple item order please click here.

Our goal is to ensure that every product is securely shipping with all parts required to assemble.

If you have received your item with missing parts follow these steps:

Check to ensure all items have been removed from the shipping box.

Check underneath and behind the item that could have parts stored in compartments such as legs, feet, accessories, etc.

Confirm if item has parts already assembled. Some items come pre-assembled such as accessories., etc. although illustrated separately in manual.

We know how frustrating it can be to receive your order missing parts making assembly impossible, so if you have completed the above steps and are still missing parts, please contact us with your order number, part needed and quantity. Part information is available in the manual.

We will work to resolve the issue by providing one of the following resolutions:

• Authorizing a return
• Issuing a part
• Issuing a replacement
• Issuing a refund

Please contact us within 60 days of your delivery date to complete this process.

Returns

We understand that not every purchase works out, which is why our team aims to make your return experience as easyand seamless as possible.

If your product does not qualify for a return, we do have a warranty and a product support team that is ready toassist you.

Please note, products that are received by Sundale Outdoor in any of the conditions below may not qualify for returnand be rejected:

Any product not purchased from Sundale Outdoor.

Any product that is returned without all the original accessories, including the box, manuals, parts, and all other items originally included with the product.

Any product which appears tampered with or altered in any way.

Any product that does not match the product that was originally purchased.

Any product that is received outside of 14 days from when your return was approved 

Return Processing Time

Rest assured, returns are monitored every step of the way and you will receive updates via email. Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 1 week for us to process and verify the contents of the package.

Damaged or Defective Items

We know how frustrating it can be to receive your order damaged or not working as intended. If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please visit our returns center.

What’s the extended holiday return policy?

All products purchased between 11/15/2022 to 12/25/2022 will receive a 90-day return window.

Should I expect my shipment to be delayed? 

We use multiple delivery partners (including FedEx and UPS) to deliver our products. We have been working with our carriers closely to plan for the expected surge in shipping volume this holiday season, but delays can still occur. While we do our best to provide an accurate estimated delivery date to you, high shipping volume may result in delays to those estimates. Most packages will deliver within 1 to 2 days of the estimated delivery date.

What are the shipping options for my order? 

Shipping options may vary by item:

Standard Shipping: Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

Please note: We strive to get items to you as fast as possible, but more important to us is to be transparent with how fast our delivery can be given the record volumes both we and our carriers are processing.

Business days don’t typically include weekends; however, Saturday and Sunday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes.

While most items ship within 24 hours, some shipping options and shipping locations may require additional processing time. This processing time is factored into the estimated delivery date provided.

Delivery dates may be extended when shipping volume is high.

Your order may have multiple tracking numbers, ship in multiple packages, and possibly arrive separately so we’re able to deliver your order faster.
