Production Line Sundale's production line integrates innovation, efficiency, and craftsmanship with two state-of-the-art factories. The first factory, founded in 1999, handles material processing and initial craftsmanship, transforming sustainable materials into signature outdoor furniture components. These components move to the 2007-established second factory, using advanced techniques for assembly and finishing. This dual-process merges modern precision with traditional handcrafting, surpassing customer expectations. Efficient coordination between our factories enables Sundale to offer a diverse range of high-quality outdoor furniture, showcasing our dedication to excellence and sustainability.
Packaging & transport We established two warehouses in the East and West coasts of the United States specifically for shipping purposes. By shipping direct, we are able to reduce transport time as well as our carbon footprint.We use durable, eco-friendly materials for packaging to protect our products during transit and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We use premium metals like aluminum and iron, fortified with elements for weather resistance. Our synthetic wicker is crafted from recycled polyethylene, sourced from ocean plastics processed to remove impurities. We also integrate recycled High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) for its strength and impact resistance. This approach supports our goal of reducing plastic waste and promoting a sustainable future.
Metal
We use high-quality metals to ensure our furniture's durability and longevity. All metal frames of our furniture are recyclable. Our aluminum is lightweight, rust-resistant, and easy to maintain, offering a sleek, modern look. Our iron components are specially treated with zinc, magnesium, and aluminum to enhance corrosion resistance, ensuring robustness and visual appeal even after prolonged exposure to the elements.
Rattan
Sundale Outdoor prioritizes sustainability by using recycled polyethylene (PE) to craft our synthetic rattan, known as PE rattan. This eco-friendly material is highly durable, UV-resistant, and withstands various weather conditions.
